The Bella Mente Holístico Day Retreat is a 3-day wellness and creative arts immersion held at Catalina del Mar — a space to live three days with the intention of disconnecting from the world and finding yourself again.

Because there are moments in life when the soul asks for a pause. A new beginning. A new rebirth — Under the Blue Moon.

Guided breathwork and reiki sessions to release what has been held too long. Morning meditation on the ocean. Sacred practices to open the body and quiet the mind.

Intention-setting circles guided by sacred geometry. Personal clarity work to identify what you are calling in. Tools to align your energy with your next chapter.

Reset

Full immersion in rest and restoration. Ocean, saltwater pool, nourishing meals, yoga on the beach, massage, and unstructured time to simply be. You leave different.
