Bella Mente Holístico
A one-day retreat woven from creative arts, energy healing, sound healing and ritual. Each session is intentionally sequenced to move you from opening to release to rebirth within a single sacred day.
Awaken, Align & Reset
A residential multi-day retreat for a small group of women. Kundalini yoga, breathwork, reiki, sound healing and long, unstructured stretches of restoration by the Atlantic. Not a program — a held space.
Annette Pérez-Quintana, spiritually known as Sarandeep, is a Reiki Master in the Usui and Karuna systems, certified Integral Yoga teacher through IYTA, Kundalini Yoga instructor, and holistic healing facilitator with over 20 years of experience supporting personal transformation and spiritual wellbeing. Her practice integrates yoga, breathwork, vibrational sound healing with singing bowls, Magnified Healing, Hebrew Pendulum therapy, Akashic Records, Sacred Codes, and Futhark rune wisdom — all woven into a compassionate, intuitive approach deeply rooted in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
Nichole Santiago, spiritually connected through Energiocolor, is a holistic healing practitioner devoted to supporting personal transformation, energetic balance, and spiritual awareness through intuitive and compassionate guidance.
Mariana Atabey is a licensed therapeutic massage therapist, Pilates instructor, and Puerto Rican entrepreneur transforming the way body care is practiced in Puerto Rico. A Columbia University graduate (2022) with seven years of experience in therapeutic massage, Mariana brings a grounded and multidisciplinary approach rooted in movement, healing, and self-awareness. Her background spans ballet, Arabic dance, jazz, and hip hop — a foundation that deepened her understanding of movement as medicine. She is a certified Pilates instructor specializing in chakra balance and the founder of Movimiento con Atabey.
Douglas Moreira is a Brazilian Sound Healing practitioner and multi-instrumentalist whose work explores the connection between sound, consciousness, and the energetic body. Trained in Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho under Reiki Master Annette Pérez-Quintana, Douglas also completed professional studies in Sound Therapy for Health and Wellbeing through IntegraSound. Through singing bowls, shamanic drums, mantra, flutes, vocal toning, and intuitive sound immersion, he creates experiences that support relaxation, emotional release, grounding, and inner connection. His approach is rooted in the philosophy of "becoming the sound."
